Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching – High performing organisations are increasingly harnessing the power of coaching. By improving the performance of the most influential people in the organisation, we are able to improve results across a broad area.
I use a model of collaborative coaching, meaning that we (the coach and the coachee) are working together to create changes.

Your guidance and coaching was invaluable as I started my leadership/SEND journey. You proved that female leaders can be strong and assertive, but also kind and supportive. You really showed me how to ‘zoom out’ and look at the bigger picture with a strategic and critical eye. I loved working with you. I will always be grateful for you (literally) holding my hand through our OFSTED inspection in October 2023. I would not have made it through the week without you by my side every step of the way. I breathed a sigh of relief when you walked in through the door, Starbucks in hand.
Alex, thank you. Your knowledge and passion for all aspects of educational leadership and improvement is contagious. Your ability to listen, understand and coach, in addition to offering professional challenge and supervision, helped me to build my skills and confidence. This aided my progression, resulting in me going from managing one educational site to overseeing and managing multiple sites
Alex has supported me for many years and without her insightful challenge and non judgemental, impactful coaching sessions I would not be the reflective leader I am today. She knows how to ask the right questions to make me think more strategically and find solutions within my organisation, enabling it to continue to be a high performing, outstanding academy. Her support is unwavering and given with kindness and compassion, alongside the appropriate balance of rigorous analysis, critical thinking and challenge.
A company that embraces continuous improvement will not only be more efficient and effective but will also find that their agile mindset makes them more adaptable to change. In today’s ever-changing business environment, that is a critical competitive advantage.
Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance.
Coaching is like having a lifeline to your potential.
A good objective of leadership is to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those who are doing well to do even better.
