We then discuss your requirements and match it to the services.  I will send you a summary of our discussion, a description of proposed works and an estimate with agreed outcomes. If you are satisfied with the estimate and proposals, we set dates.

Yes, absolutely. During the initial discussion, we can tailor your requirements around your booking.

Yes, I have a new enhanced DBS certificate as of July 2024, which is accounted to the updated service.  All other identification checks and documentation will be made available to your organisation so you can fulfil your Single Central Record obligations.

Yes, training sessions are more impactful if we can use real scenarios from your organisation and your own systems and accountability frameworks.  Pre-delivery discussions with leaders are welcomed to ensure that your requirements are being met.

Any training topic or theme can be written and delivered to your requirements.  Some organisations have requested an end of programme presentation from the staff teams – this can be to leaders or used as a way to report to Stakeholders.

No at all.  Coaching sessions may be conducted remotely, via Teams.  Different time zones for remote sessions can be considered.  Training sessions can also be delivered remotely, however, it is more powerful if it is in person.

Of course, this can be agreed in the initial discussion stage of working together.

No, training can be delivered to all sizes of audiences.
