I’m passionate about supporting leaders to be the best they can be, with sustainable succession planning. I can harness the power of coaching to deliver results across industries, developing high levels of emotional intelligence in your leaders, confidently using a range of leadership styles to manage staff and clients.

I lead training on a wide range of leadership and management areas, including accountability and Emotional Intelligence. These programmes can be adapted to meet the needs of your organisation, systems and processes.

I provide professional consultancy in education settings, able to acutely identify strengths and areas for developmental need. I can support leaders to establish cultures which promote excellence, equality and high expectations for all pupils; identifying priorities for continuous improvement; raising standards across settings; developing partnerships with the wider community; playing a key role in contributing to the development of the education system as a whole and collaborating with others to raise standards.

I am also a National Leader of Education (NLE), NLEs are strong school leaders, who have experience of effectively supporting schools in challenging circumstances. I have led whole school initiatives to ensure robust and sustainable improvements to leadership structures, pupil achievement and teaching and learning.
